The 2008 Short + Sweet Melbourne Call for Entries is open!

Presented by the Arts Centre, Short + Sweet is the biggest 10-minute theatre competition in the world! Every year hundreds of writers, actors and directors get involved and absolutely anyone can enter... so what are you waiting for?

There are several components to Short + Sweet:
* Call for scripts from writers around Australia open until Monday 4 August
* Proposals from independent ensembles. Proposals accepted until Friday 22 August.
* Expressions of interest from actors. Expressions of interest open until Friday 29 August
* Expressions of interest from directors. Expressions of interest are open untilMonday 4 August
* Performances of the chosen works from 3- 20 December 2008 at the Arts Centre, Fairfax Studio.
